District 11 of the Oregon House of Representatives is one of 60 House legislative districts in the state of Oregon. As of 2013, the boundary for the district includes portions of Lane and Linn counties. The current representative for the district is Democrat Marty Wilde of Eugene. Oregon House District 11
Oregon () is a state in the Pacific Northwest region of the Western United States. The Columbia River delineates much of Oregon's northern boundary with Washington, while the Snake River delineates much of its eastern boundary with Idaho. Mary Nolan (politician)
Mary Therese Nolan (born November 28, 1954) is a Democratic politician from the U.S. state of Oregon. She represented District 36 (formerly District 11) in the Oregon House of Representatives from 2001 to 2013, and served as the majority leader from 2008 to 2010. She ran unsuccessfully for the Portland City Council in 2012. She came back into office in 2020, when she was elected as one of the councilors for the Portland-area regional government, Metro. Personal life and education Nolan was born in Chicago, Illinois. She is married to Mark Gardiner with one child. Nolan was in the first class of women admitted into Dartmouth College, from which she graduated magna cum laude in mathematics. Write-in Candidate
A write-in candidate is a candidate whose name does not appear on the ballot but seeks election by asking voters to cast a vote for the candidate by physically writing in the person's name on the ballot. Phil Barnhart
Phil Barnhart (born 1946) is an American politician and psychologist from the state of Oregon. He was a Democratic member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing District 11 from 2003 to 2019 and District 40 from 2001 to 2003. Early life and education Barnhart was born in New Rochelle, New York and raised in Eugene, Oregon, where he graduated from South Eugene High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon, a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, and a PhD in psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. 2000 United States Census

The Oregon Legislative Assembly is the state legislature for the U.S. state of Oregon. The Legislative Assembly is bicameral, consisting of an upper and lower house: the Senate, whose 30 members are elected to serve four-year terms; and the House of Representatives, with 60 members elected to two-year terms. There are no term limits for either house in the Legislative Assembly.
