''On the Run!'' or known as ''I'm Very Busy'' () is the eighth studio album by Taiwanese singer-songwriter Jay Chou, released on 2 November 2007 by JVR Music & Sony BMG. It features various tracks including "Blue and White Porcelain", "Rainbow", and "A Dandelion's Promise". Background and development ''On the Run!'' is Chou's first album released under his self-founded label, JVR Music. After his contract with his former company expired, Chou chose not to renew and instead launched his own label. Vincent Fang (lyricist)
Vincent Fang (; born 26 January 1969) is a Taiwanese lyricist, best known for his collaboration with singer-songwriter Jay Chou. Fang has been nominated for multiple Golden Melody Awards, and won ''Best Lyricist'' at the 19th Golden Melody Awards for Jay Chou's "青花瓷" (Blue and White Porcelain) from '' On the Run''. He is considered to be at the forefront of China Wind music, with his works often treated as poetry of artistic merit that garners high critical regard. In 1997, he sent samples of his lyrics to record companies, hoping to find a new career that complemented his passion for writing. Ceremonies of the 19th Golden Melody Awards () were held in Taipei, Taiwan in 2008. Nominees were announced on 22 May, 2008, and the award winners in 12 traditional music categories (of 47 nominees) and 23 popular music categories (of 124 nominees) were selected by a panel of 33 judges after four rounds of jury meetings. Initially, there were 10,632 submissions from 185 companies in the music industry, making it the largest submission pool in the Awards' history. Winners for artistic and traditional music categories were announced on 21 June, 2008, at Taipei County Hall in a ceremony separate from that for popular music categories. G-Music Limited is a company built in 2002 by Rose Records and Tachung Records, both are the largest local music retails and wholesale chains in Taiwan. The physical retail arms have been kept separate, for different customer bases and brand identity, but the e-retailing, wholesale and distributor business is unified as Rose Tachung Records. Blue And White Porcelain
"Blue and white pottery" () covers a wide range of white pottery and porcelain decorated underglaze, under the glaze with a blue pigment, generally cobalt(II) oxide, cobalt oxide. The decoration was commonly applied by hand, originally by brush painting, but nowadays by stencilling or by transfer-printing, though other methods of application have also been used. The cobalt pigment is one of the very few that can withstand the highest firing temperatures that are required, in particular for porcelain, which partly accounts for its long-lasting popularity. The World Tour (Jay Chou)
The World Tour was the fourth concert tour by Taiwanese recording artist Jay Chou, held in support of his eighth studio album '' On the Run!'' (2007). The tour visited various countries including Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Canada and the United States from November 2007 to August 2009. Concerts On February 16, 2008, Chou became the second Mandopop artist to perform at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo. In response to the 2008 Sichuan earthquake, the concert held in Chongqing on May 24, 2008, was changed to a charity fundraising concert. All proceeds from the concert were donated to the disaster area. Development The World Tour marked Chou's first large-scale world tour since the founding of his own record label, JVR Music.
