O'Neals, California
O'Neals is an unincorporated community in Madera County, California. It is located on the Willow Creek southeast of Raymond, at an elevation of 1309 feet (399 m). The O'Neals post office opened in 1887. The name honored Charles O'Neal, merchant and first postmaster. Frank Bigelow (born July 22, 1954) is an American politician who served in the California State Assembly. Bigelow is a Republican who represented the 5th district, encompassing Gold Country and the central Sierra Nevada. Early life On July 22, 1954, Bigelow was born in Fresno, California.
