Old Irish
Old Irish, also called Old Gaelic (, Ogham, Ogham script: ᚌᚑᚔᚇᚓᚂᚉ; ; ; or ), is the oldest form of the Goidelic languages, Goidelic/Gaelic language for which there are extensive written texts. Francis Fergus O'Farrell
Major General Francis Fergus O’Farrell 1650 to 1712, was an Irish-born professional soldier who served in the Dutch States Army under William III until 1689, when he transferred into the English Army. During the Nine Years' War in 1695, he was cashiered for his premature surrender of the town of Deinze, then reinstated in 1696 and served in the War of the Spanish Succession. Maud O'Farrell Swartz
Maud O'Farrell Swartz (1879-1937) was an Irish-American labor organizer who worked to improve the lives of women and children. She served as president of the Women's Trade Union League from 1922 to 1926. In 1931 she was appointed secretary of the New York State Department of Labor under Industrial Commissioner Frances Perkins. Luke O'Farrell (born 25 February 1990) is an Irish hurler who plays for Cork Senior Championship club Midleton. He played for the Cork senior hurling team for seven years, during which time he usually lined out as a right corner-forward. Lauren O'Farrell, (born 1977) also known as Deadly Knitshade, is an English author and artist. She is best known for playing a major part in the beginnings of the UK graffiti knitting street art scene, creating the Stitch London craft community and founding graffiti knitting and craft collective Knit the City.
