Natiq Hashim
Natiq Hashim Abid-Aoun (15 January 1960 – 26 September 2004) was an Iraqi football midfielder who played for Iraq in the 1986 FIFA World Cup. He also played for Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya. Natiq started his career at Amana youth team in Baghdad alongside the likes of Basim Qasim, Anad Abid, Basil Gorgis and Karim Allawi. In 1982, Natiq was given his international debut by Yugoslavian coach Vojo Gardesevic after his displays for both the Iraqi youth team and Amana. Adnan Dirjal
Adnan Dirjal (; born 26 January 1960 in Baghdad) is an Iraqi former professional footballer, as well as a former national team coach, and former Minister of Youth and Sports. He was one of Iraq's most prominent national team captains, who played as a defender. On 14 September 2021, he became the president of Iraq Football Association. Club career Adnan started his career with Al-Zawraa, where he won the Iraqi league and cup double in 1978/1979. He went on to join Al-Talaba, where he was one of the stars of a team that included Haris Mohammed, Jamal Ali and the great Hussein Saeed. Zayed Sports City Stadium () is a multi-purpose stadium located in Zayed Sports City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The 7th Arabian Gulf Cup () took place in Muscat, the capital of Oman, from 9 to 28 March 1984. Iraq won the tournament against Qatar in a match that was decided on penalties. Both Iraq and Qatar had finished with exactly the same points in the round-robin tournament earlier.
