The 1992 1. divisjon season, the highest women's football (soccer) league in Norway, began on 25 April 1992 and ended on 17 October 1992. 18 games were played with 3 points given for wins and 1 for draws. Asker Skiklubb is a sports club from Asker, Norway. It was founded on 14 December 1889, and as the name suggests, was initially a cross-country skiing and ski jumping club. Today, however, many individuals (~5000 members) and teams participate in a wide variety of sports, winter and summer as well as sea- and land-based sports. These include—in addition to cross-country skiing and ski jumping—alpine skiing, track and field, orienteering, volleyball, football, handball, kayaking, and biathlon. Hege Riise
Hege Riise (born 18 July 1969) is a Norwegian football coach and former midfield player who is coaching the Norway women's national football team. One of the best footballers of her generation, she won the FIFA Women's World Cup, the Olympic Games, and the UEFA Women's Euro with the Norway women's national football team. Playing career Club Riise started playing football at age six and played in a boys' team until age 14. She won the Norwegian Cup competition with Setskog-Høland in 1992. In late 1995 along with four other Norwegians she joined Nikko Securities Dream Ladies football club in Japan. Nikko won the Japanese league and cup competitions in 1996 and the cup in 1997, after which Riise moved back to Norway to play again with Setskog-Høland. She joined Asker FK, in 2000, and again won the cup competition with Asker the same year. IF Fløya
Idrettsforeningen Fløya is a Norway, Norwegian football (soccer), football club from the city of Tromsø. The club was founded on 22 June 1922 and named after the Fløya mountain which overlooks Tromsø centre. The women's team has got two third-place finishes in Toppserien, in Toppserien 2004, 2004 and Toppserien 2005, 2005, as its best ever achievements. On 16 December 2020, the women's team merged with Tromsø IL under the name of TIL 2020. The new name was taken into effect starting from the 2022 Norwegian First Division (women), 2022 season. Fotballklubben Donn is a Norwegian football club from the neighbourhood Lund in Kristiansand, most notable for its women's football team. It was founded on 24 June 1909 and named after a dog. Donn Toppfotball The women's football team Donn Toppfotball played in Toppserien, the highest tier of women's football in Norway, for two periods. The first spell was between 1993 and 1995, and the club also reached the final of the Norwegian Women's Cup in 1994 where they were beaten by Trondheims-Ørn. Charmaine Hooper, the most capped Canadian player, played for Donn during this heyday for the club. The women's team also played in Toppserien in 2010. The women's team won promotion in the 2009 season, and they reconstituted themselves as a professional outfit called Donn Toppfotball. Brit Sandaune (born 5 June 1972) is a Norwegian footballer and pre-school teacher. She is originally from the rural area of Skatval in the municipality of Stjørdal, Nord-Trøndelag, and is educated in economy and administration. Brit is today settled in Trondheim with her cohabitant Roy Nilsen. Football Brit Sandaune has (per 2001) won six league championships and seven Norwegian national championship (with Trondheims-Ørn SK) in women's soccer. She is an Olympic Gold and Bronze medallist. Sandaune played 120 international matches for Norway, scoring nine goals. With the Norway team she went to the Olympic Games in 1996 in Atlanta, winning Bronze.
