Norwegian Conservative Party's Women's Association
The Norwegian Conservative Party's Women's Association () was founded in 1925 to represent the interests of women members of the Conservative Party (Norway), Conservative Party. In June 1994 it was dissolved, to be replaced by Høyres Kvinneforum (Conservative Party's Women's Network). The Women's Association built on the experience of the earlier Høirekvinneklubben (Conservative Women's Club) which had been created in 1910 by Elise Heyerdahl. With the establishment of the association in 1925, it was hoped that by rejuvenating their work, women would be able to play a more effective political role. Sara Christie
Sara Stockfleth Christie (6 June 1857 – 11 October 1948) was a Norwegian educator and politician for the Conservative Party of Norway, Conservative Party. Personal life She was born in Trondheim, Trondhjem as a daughter of Edvard Christie (1812–1896) and Anne Sophie Knagenhjelm (1821–1907). Mona Røkke
Mona Scobie Røkke (3 March 1940 – 13 July 2013) was a Norwegian and politician for the Conservative Party. She was the Minister of Justice from 1981 to 1985. Early life and career She was born in Drammen as a daughter of Randal William Scobie (1904–1979) and Aslaug Høyendahl (1908–1997), both office managers. She finished her secondary education in 1958, and graduated from the University of Oslo with the cand.jur. degree in 1963. After seven years as a businesswoman in Drammen and Oslo, she was a police superintendent in Drammen from 1971 to 1977. The years 1973 and 1976 were exceptions; she served one year as deputy judge in Kongsberg District Court and one year as a lawyer in Drammen. Erna Solberg
Erna Solberg (; born 24 February 1961) is a Norwegian politician and the current Leader of the Opposition. She served as the prime minister of Norway from 2013 to 2021, and has been the leader of the Conservative Party of Norway, Conservative Party since May 2004. Siri Frost Sterri (20 September 1944 – 29 October 2023) was a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party.
