North Carolina's 10th Congressional District
North Carolina's 10th congressional district is a congressional district in central and western North Carolina. It currently includes all of Catawba County, North Carolina, Catawba, Iredell County, North Carolina, Iredell, Lincoln County, North Carolina, Lincoln, and Yadkin County, Yadkin counties, and most of Forsyth County, North Carolina, Forsyth County including much of the city of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Winston-Salem. The district has a Cook Partisan Voting Index rating of R+9. Republicans have won the district continuously since 1969, and the last Democratic Party (United States), Democrat to win this district was Basil Whitener who represented it from 1963 to 1969.
