Noori
Noori () is a Pakistani rock band from Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, formed in 1996. The group was formed by songwriter, lead vocalist, and guitarist, Ali Noor, along with his younger brother Ali Hamza, who were soon joined by bassist Muhammad Ali Jafri and drummer Salman Albert. Since the inception of the band, there has been many changes in the line-up; the only consistent members being brothers, Ali Noor and Ali Hamza. The band has produced songs such as "Suno Ke Mein Hoon Jawaan" and the epic "Manwa Re". Internationally, the band has performed in countries like the United States, India, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates and Norway. Pejman Nouri (; born 13 July 1980) is an Iranian football official, coach and a former player who played in the midfield position. He is the president of Malavan. Club career Born in Rezvanshahr, Gilan Province, he has spent most of his career in Malavan and then Pegah, before being transferred to Persepolis. Persepolis The 2005–06 season was Pejman's first season in Persepolis which he was coached under Ali Parvin. He was noticed by a lot of the fans because of his hard work during the entire 90 minutes and mostly for his great speed. The 2006–07 season was really difficult for Nouri because he had to play in the centre defense with fellow midfielder Farzad Ashoubi due to Persepolis's lack of defenders. ''Noori Jam Tamachi'' (Sindhi language , Sindhi:) is a folktale in the Sindhi folklore dating back to the 15th century.The story appears in Shah Jo Risalo and forms part of seven popular tragic romances from Sindh, Pakistan. Noori (Arabic word for "light") was a female pashmina goat, the first pashmina goat to be cloned using the process of nuclear transfer. Born on 9 March 2012, she was kept at the place of her birth, at the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir, Shuhama, Srinagar in the Indian territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Birth Noori was born on 9 March 2012 to three mothers (one provided the egg, another the DNA and a third carried the cloned embryo to term). She was created using the technique of somatic cell nuclear transfer, in which the cell nucleus from an adult cell is transferred into an unfertilised oocyte (developing egg cell) that has had its nucleus removed. The hybrid cell is then stimulated to divide by an electric shock, and when it develops into a blastocyst, it is implanted in a surrogate mother using laparoscopic surgery. Noori Waterfall
Noori Waterfall is located in Tial village, Haripur District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is located on the Haro River, about away from Islamabad, and about from the district headquarters. It attracted the attention of tourists in the summer of 2020 after some hikers visited it and shared its pictures and videos on social media. The waterfall is approximately 30 meters in height, and is located in an open cove-like formation on the side of a hill. The waterfall is small in height and has a clear blue water stream. The water drops into a turquoise pond measuring approximately 80 by 120 feet. The cove is filled with waist-deep water with a sandy floor which is deeper on the edges. Noori Chamb
Noori Chamb is a waterfall in the headwaters of the Poonch River in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir in India. It is named after the Mughal queen Nur Jahan. Noori Chamb is located near the hill village of Bahramgala below Pir Panjal Pass (Peer Ki Gali) in the Poonch district. It is at a distance of 10 km from Bufliaz. The Mughal Road passes next to it. This place is linked with the Mughal history. According to local legends, it is named after Nur Jahan, the wife of emperor Jehangir. "Chamb" in local terminology is water fall. Sweeta Noori (born 1973) is an advocate for women's rights in Afghanistan. She is the country director for the Afghanistan chapter of the non-governmental organisation Women for Women International.
