Mühldorf (Oberbay) Station
Mühldorf (Oberbayern) station is a railway junction and station in the district town of Mühldorf in the German state of Bavaria. The station has seven platform tracks and is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 4 station. The station is served by 105 passenger trains each day operated by the Südostbayernbahn and frequented by about 10,000 travellers. It is also the central station of the “Bavarian Chemical Triangle” (''Bayerisches Chemiedreieck''). About 800 freight wagons are dispatched from it daily. Location The station is located north of the centre of Mühldorf in the so-called “Upper Town” (''Oberen Stadt''). The station area is bordered to the north by Bischof-von-Ketteler-Straße and to the south by Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. The two streets are connected by Innere Neumarkter Straße, which passes under an underpass under the tracks to the east of the station area. Mühldorf Am Inn
Mühldorf am Inn (Central Bavarian: ''Muihdorf am Inn'') is a town in Bavaria, Germany, and the capital of the district Mühldorf on the river Inn. It is located at , and had a population of about 17,808 in 2005. History During the Middle Ages, the town and castle were an alod of the Luchen family. On 28 October 1287, Rapoto Luchen announced that he had entered an agreement with Archbishop Rudolph of Salzburg to hand over the alod, become the archbishop's ministerialis, and thereafter run the lands as a fief of the Prince-Archbishops of Salzburg. On 28 September 1322, the decisive Battle of Mühldorf was fought here between Bavaria and Salzburg. Before the battle, the Prince-Archbishop of Salzburg knighted several of the burghers of the town. Landshut (; bar, Landshuad) is a town in Bavaria in the south-east of Germany. Rosenheim station (german: Bahnhof Rosenheim) is the main railway station in the city of Rosenheim in Bavaria, Germany. Plattling Station
Plattling station is a central railway hub in eastern Lower Bavaria in southern Germany. History The first station building for Plattling station was erected near the town and the station was opened on 20 September 1860 as the Bavarian Eastern Railway Company's eastern route between Straubing and Passau went into service. From 1866 to 1877 the goods line operated by the Deggendorf-Plattling Railway company ended at goods yard at the western end of the station. When the Bavarian Forest railway was built via Zwiesel to Bayerisch Eisenstein in 1874 the passenger station was moved westwards to accommodate the junction with this route and was built at the same height as the goods station in its present-day location. Bavarian Eastern Railway Company
The Royal Bavarian Eastern Railway Company (''Königlich privilegirte Actiengesellschaft der bayerischen Ostbahnen'') or Bavarian Ostbahn was founded in 1856. Neuötting
Neuötting is a town in the district of Altötting, in Bavaria, Germany. It is situated on the river Inn, 2 km north of Altötting, about 70 km north of Salzburg, 80 southwest of Passau and almost 100 km east of Munich. Markt Schwaben
Markt Schwaben is a town in Bavaria, Germany. It lies roughly 23 km east of Munich on the northern edge of the Upper Bavarian district of Ebersberg.
