'' Move α'' is a feature of the Revised Extended Standard Theory (REST) of transformational grammar developed by Noam Chomsky in the late 1970s. The term refers to the relation between an indexed constituent and its trace ''t'', e.g., the relation of ''whom'' and '' ' in the example :''Whom1 do you think you are kidding t1 ?'' In the 1990s Minimalist Program, it became a structure-building operation together with " Merge". "α" is the placeholder symbol for the moved constituent. ''Move'' is the debut album by British rock group the Move, released in April 1968 through Regal Zonophone Records. The album features ten Roy Wood compositions, along with three covers which had been a prominent part of the group's live act. Although scheduled for an earlier release, the album was delayed by the theft of the master tapes, which led to the tracks needing to be re-recorded. The album was sporadically recorded between January 1967 and February 1968 at Advision, De Lane Lea and Olympic Studios in London, during gaps in their tight recording schedule when the group were not booked for any performances. Highly anticipated, the album featured two previously released singles: " Flowers in the Rain" and "Fire Brigade", both of which reached the top five in the UK Singles Chart. ''Move'' is the tenth studio album by Christian rock band Third Day. Released on October 19, 2010, the album was the band's first after guitarist Brad Avery left Third Day. The band wanted the album to be a departure from the alternative rock, modern rock stylings of ''Revelation (Third Day album), Revelation'' (2008), intending to show more of their southern rock roots. Third Day chose to work with producer Paul Moak on the album and recorded it at their own studio, feeling it offered them more creative freedom. Primarily a southern rock album, ''Move'' also has significant influence from gospel music. Freak Kitchen is an experimental rock band from Gothenburg, Sweden, formed in 1992. History Freak Kitchen's style of music is influenced by many genres besides traditional heavy metal, ranging from jazz to pop. The band described their third album as "A corny little heavy-pop-rock-Latin-world-jazz-avant-garde-metal-blues-record straight from hell!". The album "Land of the Freaks", which was released in late October 2009, features Indian inspiration and the band is also joined by the two Indian musicians V. ''Move'' is the fifth EP by South Korean boy band BtoB. It was released on September 29, 2014, consisting of a total of five tracks and a bonus track, with "You're So Fly" as the title track and promotional single of the album. Background On September 17, 2014, Cube Entertainment announced on BtoB's official page that BtoB would have a comeback with their 5th mini-album entitled ''Move''. The group started releasing individual photo teasers on September 20, 2014. Each member's teaser was released by hour. They revealed the track listing for the album on the 22nd. It was announced that there would be five tracks and one bonus track. Track #4 was listed as having a featured mystery singer that was later revealed to be Joo. The Move
The Move were a British rock band of the late 1960s and the early 1970s. They scored nine top 20 UK singles in five years, but were among the most popular British bands not to find any real success in the United States. For most of their career the Move were led by guitarist, singer and songwriter Roy Wood. He wrote all the group's UK singles and, from 1968, also sang lead vocals on many songs. Initially, the band had four main vocalists (Wood, Carl Wayne, Trevor Burton and Chris "Ace" Kefford) who divided amongst themselves the lead vocal duties. The Move evolved from several mid-1960s Birmingham-based groups, including Carl Wayne & the Vikings, the Nightriders and the Mayfair Set.
