	Asa Morse Farm The Asa Morse Farm, also known as the Friendly Farm, is a historic farmstead on New Hampshire Route 101 in Dublin, New Hampshire. The main farmhouse, built in 1926 on the foundations of an early 19th-century house, is a good example of Colonial Revival architecture, built during Dublin's heyday as a summer retreat. The farmstead was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Description and history The Asa Morse Farm is located a short way west of Dublin Pond, on the south side of NH 101 east of its junction with MacVeagh Road. The farm complex includes the main house, barn, and cottage. All three buildings were constructed in 1926, the house upon the foundation of the early 19th-century farmhouse of Asa Morse. It was built for Frederick Brewster as part of his summer estate and gentleman's farm, which he had established on a farm-estate property first developed as a summer estate in 1889. 	Eli Morse Farm The Eli Morse Farm is a historic farm on Lake Road in Dublin, New Hampshire. It is one of the earliest settlements in the town, settled by Eli Morse in 1764, and has been in the hands of just two families. Its transformation to summer resort use was one of the first in the Dublin Pond area. The farm was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Description and history The Eli Morse Farm is located on the south side of Lake Road, extending southward from the outlet of Dublin Pond at its southwest corner. The property is more than in size, including areas of both open fields and woodlands. The main house is a large Federal style brick structure built c. 1822 by Eli Morse's son Thaddeus. Additions were made to the house in 1886, including a porch and front portico. The farmstead includes several outbuildings, including a barn, grist mill, and several cottages. 	Morse Farm (Moravia, New York) Morse Farm is a historic farm property located in the village of Moravia in Cayuga County, New York. Its main building is a two-story, frame Federal style farmhouse. The house is in a "big house, little house, back house" configuration. Portions of the house reportedly date to 1794; the house was remodelled into essentially its present form about 1815.
