Mygale Racing Car Constructor (Mygale SARL) was a French racing car manufacturer that specialised in the production of Open wheel car, single seater chassis for use in formula racing. It is most notable for its Formula Ford chassis. Mygale also produced the chassis used by in Formula Renault, Formula BMW, Formula Three and Formula Four. The company was established in 1989 by Bertrand Decoster and its factory is based in the Technopole of Magny-Cours, France. In 2024 Ligier Automotive bought a majority stake in the company, and in 2025 made it a subsidiary under the name of Ligier Advanced Technologies. Mygale was a contracted chassis supplier for single-marque formulae, including F4 Eurocup 1.6, Formula Renault Campus and Formula BMW. Everspeed is a French holding company for motorsport related companies. The company was founded by Jacques Nicolet as JN Holding. The company was renamed as Everspeed in 2016. History Jacques Nicolet took over Saulnier Racing in January 2007. He later founded JN Holding on 14 December 2007. Saulnier Racing was rebranded as OAK Racing in early 2009. The following year Nicolet and business partner Joël Rivière bought the assets of Pescarolo Sport for €400,000. Formula BMW
Formula BMW was a junior racing formula for single seater cars. It was positioned at the bottom of the motorsport career ladder alongside the longer established Formula Ford category. Like Formula Ford, it was intended to function as the young kart racing graduate's first experience of car racing. The new formula was created by BMW Motorsport in 2001, with the first of its championships being inaugurated in Germany in 2002. Selected competitors from each series meet in the World Final at the end of each season, with the promise of a Formula One test for the winner. From 2011 onwards BMW ceased to support the Pacific and Europe series, in favour of the Formula BMW Talent Cup.
