Minto Group is a Canadian real estate company based in Ottawa, Ontario. It builds homes in Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, Florida, and South Carolina and manages multi-residential and commercial properties in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. As of 2024, Minto has built 100,000 new homes, and manages $2.9 billion in assets, including 13,000 multi-residential units and 2.7 million square feet of commercial space. The firm is one of Ottawa's largest residential landlords. Bayshore (also known as Accora Village) is a neighbourhood in Bay Ward in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Prior to amalgamation in 2001, the neighbourhood was in the City of Nepean. It is bounded east by row houses off Bayshore Drive, to the north Carling Avenue, to the west Holly Acres Drive and the Lakeview neighbourhood, and to the south Ontario Highway 417. The main street in Bayshore is Woodridge Crescent, while the Bayshore Station is the major bus transit station. According to the Canada 2016 Census, the neighbourhood had a population of 5,585. Briargreen
Briargreen is a suburban neighbourhood located in College Ward in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Prior to amalgamation in 2001 it was located in the City of Nepean. The borders of the neighbourhood are Pinecrest Cemetery to the north, Centrepointe to the east, Craig Henry to the south, and Greenbank Road to the west. The community was built in the late 1960s to early 1970s same time as the nearby neighbourhoods of Leslie Park and Arlington Woods. The main roads in the community are Ashgrove Crescent and Meadowbank Drive. The neighbourhood is surrounded by banks and trees as it was originally a forest. Crystal Beach is a neighbourhood in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is located in the west end of Ottawa, in Bay Ward. The neighbourhood is triangular in shape, and its boundaries can broadly be described as Carling Avenue to the northeast, Moodie Drive to the west, and Corkstown Road to the south. Nepean ( ) is an area of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Located west of Ottawa's inner core, it was an independent city until amalgamated with the Regional Municipality of Ottawa–Carleton in 2001 to become the new city of Ottawa. Davisville Village is a neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located near the intersection of Davisville Avenue and Yonge Street. There is a subway station named Davisville at this intersection. Minto Midtown
The Minto Midtown is a residential complex on Yonge Street in Toronto in the Davisville neighbourhood near Yonge and Eglinton consisting of two towers, Quantum (37 storeys) and Quantum 2 (52 storeys) developed by Minto Developments Inc. The proposed project—which substantially exceeded existing height and zoning limits—was met with substantial neighborhood and city opposition, until Minto appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board and worked out a deal with the City of Toronto.
