The Mexican National Welterweight Championship (''Campeonato Nacional Peso Welter'' in Spanish) is a Mexican professional wrestling championship created and sanctioned by Comisión de Box y Lucha Libre Mexico D.F. (the Mexico City Boxing and Wrestling Commission). While the commission sanctions the title, it does not promote the events at which the title is defended. Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) promotes the events and has the everyday control of the championship.In this statement, "control" refers to the everyday use of the championship, determining which storylines the championship is being used in, who gets to challenge for it and how to use it in a public relations sense. Magia Blanca
Magia Blanca (born June 26, 1993) is a Mexican ''luchador enmascarado'', or masked professional wrestler, previously known by the ring name Magnifico I. He is working with Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), where he is the current Mexican National Welterweight Champion. He is a fourth-generation wrestler, the nephew of Apóstol Jr. and cousin of wrestlers Bandido, Gravity and Myzteziz Jr. His real name is not a matter of public record as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico. Career Magia Blanca made his in-ring debut on June 19, 2011, in his hometown of Torreón, then under the ring name Magnifico I. A ''torneo cibernetico'' is a multi-man professional wrestling elimination match that was created and primarily used in Mexican ''lucha libre'' professional wrestling promotions, especially in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). The match format sees two teams of varying sizes face off against each other. It uses standard ''lucha libre'' tag team rules with elimination occurring with a pinfall, submission, disqualification and count out and allows a wrestler to enter the match when their tag team partner exits the ring as well as when they tag out. A special 'batting' order system is used in which the wrestlers are given a specific order and may only tag in and out in this order. Titán (born October 15, 1990) is a Mexican ''Lucha libre, luchador wrestling mask, enmascarado'' (or professional wrestling, professional wrestler) signed to Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), where he is the reigning CMLL World Welterweight Championship, CMLL World Welterweight Champion in his first reign. Mario Balbuena González (April 16, 1959 – May 7, 2017), better known under the ring names Gran Apache and El Apache, was a Mexican '' luchador'', or professional wrestler and trainer. Balbuena worked for AAA / Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA) since 1996, both as a wrestler and a trainer. He was involved in training almost all young wrestlers who worked for the promotion during that period of time. Two of Balbuena's four daughters— Faby Apache and Mari Apache—followed him into a professional wrestling career. His second wife also became a professional wrestler under the name Lady Apache.
