Casey McPherson (born September 15, 1978) is a singer and songwriter based in Austin, Texas where he lives with his two daughters. He is currently the frontman of the bands Alpha Rev and Flying Colors, as well as his own solo career. He is a classically-trained pianist and guitarist. Personal life Casey grew up in Lake Jackson, Texas. He was home schooled by his mother, and spent much of his childhood outdoors exploring nature. At a young age, he lost both his father and brother to suicide. He went on to dedicate over a decade of service to helping others face mental health and prevent suicide by sitting on the boards of prestigious mental health organizations. Thomas Allen McPherson (March 26, 1935 – December 15, 2020) was an American politician from Florida, serving both as a mayor and in both state government houses. Biography McPherson was the first elected mayor of Cooper City, Florida, with prior mayors being appointed by property developers. He was born in Decatur, Illinois. Sean Patrick McPherson (November 23, 1970 – April 26, 2018) was an American politician, pastor, and educator who served as a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives from 2017 until his death in April 2018. Early life McPherson was born in Goose Creek, South Carolina. After his father's retirement from the United States Navy, McPherson and his family lived in Newton, Kansas.
