Martín Rodríguez (field Hockey)
Martín Hernán Rodríguez Ducaud (born 26 March 1990) is a Chilean people, Chilean field hockey player. Career Junior national team In 2008, Rodríguez debuted for the Chile men's national under-21 field hockey team, Chile U–21 team at the 2008 Men's Pan American Junior Championship, Pan American Junior Championship in Port of Spain, winning a silver medal. After qualifying for the 2009 Men's Hockey Junior World Cup, 2009 FIH Junior World Cup, Rodríguez again represented the junior national team at the tournament. Los Diablos Rodríguez made his senior international debut in 2008, at the 2008 Men's South American Hockey Championship, South American Championship in Montevideo. Since his debut, Rodríguez has been a constant fixture in the Chile men's national field hockey team, Los Diablos team. The International Hockey Federation, commonly known by the acronym FIH, is the international governing body of field hockey and indoor field hockey. Its headquarters are in Lausanne, Switzerland. FIH is responsible for field hockey's major international tournaments, notably the Hockey World Cup. 2019 Pan American Games
The 2019 Pan American Games (), officially the XVIII Pan American Games () and commonly known as Lima 2019, were a multi-sport event governed by the Panam Sports Organization held in Lima, Peru from July 26 to August 11, 2019, with preliminary rounds in certain events having begun on July 24, 2019. These were the first Pan American Games to be held in Peru, and the seventh to be held in South America. Men's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup
The Men's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup, formerly known as the Hockey Junior World Cup, is an international field hockey competition organized by the International Hockey Federation. The tournament was started in 1979. Since 1985 it was held every four years. From 2021 onwards the tournament has been held every two years. Competitors must be under the age of 21 as of December 31 in the year before the tournament is held. There is also a corresponding event for the Women's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup, women's junior teams. This competition started in 1989 and uses the same format as the men's event. The 2009 Hockey Junior World Cup was the ninth tournament of the Hockey Junior World Cup. The tournament was co-hosted in both Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Singapore from June 7 to June 21, 2009.
