Martin Doležal (born 3 May 1990) is a Czech former professional Association football, footballer who played as a Forward (association football), forward. He made over 300 appearances in the Czech First League across spells with three Czech clubs: SK Sigma Olomouc, Sigma Olomouc, FK Jablonec, Jablonec and MFK Karviná, Karviná. He also spent time in Poland, playing for Zagłębie Lubin. He made six appearances for the Czech Republic national football team, Czech Republic between 2018 and 2021. Biography Club career Doležal was the third-highest scorer in the first half of the 2013–14 Czech First League, having scored 8 goals for SK Sigma Olomouc. Upon leaving Olomouc, he had played 56 times in the Czech First League, scoring 17 goals. In January 2014, he left the club and signed a contract with FK Jablonec, Jablonec until June 2017. The Czech Supercup () was an annual football match between the winners of the Czech First League and the Czech Cup, organised by the Czech Football Association. The second round of the qualification tournament for the 2022 FIFA World Cup from UEFA (also known as the UEFA play-offs) was contested by twelve teams from the UEFA segment of qualifying. The play-offs determined the final three European teams that joined the group winners at the World Cup in Qatar. The UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying tournament was a football competition that was played from March 2019 to November 2020 to determine the 24 UEFA member men's national teams that advanced to the UEFA Euro 2020 final tournament, intended to be played across Europe in June and July 2020 before the tournament was delayed by a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
