Marist Red Foxes
The Red Foxes are the athletic teams of Marist University. The Marist Red Foxes compete in NCAA Division I athletics as a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) the only exception being football, a member of the Pioneer Football League (PFL). The Red Foxes make up 23 varsity teams. Separate men's and women's teams are sponsored for basketball, tennis, Rowing (sport), crew, lacrosse, soccer, Cross country running, cross country, Track and field, track, Human swimming, swimming and Diving (sport), diving. Marist University
Marist University is a private university in Poughkeepsie (town), New York, Poughkeepsie, New York, United States. Marist was founded by the Marist Brothers, a Catholic Church, Catholic religious institute, in 1905 to prepare brothers for their vocations as educators. Marist Red Foxes Women's Basketball
The Marist Red Foxes women's basketball team is the basketball team that represents Marist University in Poughkeepsie, New York, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. History The Red Foxes had an 11-year stretch from 2004 to 2015 in which they won 10 conference tournaments (while playing in 12 conference tournaments) and won 11 regular season titles while advancing to the Sweet Sixteen in 2007. Marist Red Foxes Baseball
The Marist Red Foxes baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Marist University in Poughkeepsie, New York, United States. The team is a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. The team plays its home games at James J. McCann Baseball Field in Poughkeepsie, New York. Baseball was added to the Marist Athletic Department in the fall of 1990 and their inaugural season was 1991. The Red Foxes are coached by Lance Ratchford. Postseason history The program has appeared in six NCAA Division I Baseball Championships, as of the end of the 2013 season. Water Polo
Water polo is a competitive sport, competitive team sport played in water between two teams of seven players each.
