Mario Fernández Cuesta (born 30 April 1988) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Monte as a goalkeeper. Club career Racing Santander Born in Santander, Cantabria, Fernández was a product of Racing de Santander's youth ranks, and was promoted to the main squad for the 2009–10 season, acting as backup to established Toño and Fabio Coltorti. Benefitting from a serious injury to the former, he began being picked for some matches while also representing the reserves in the Segunda División B. On 6 January 2010, Fernández made his official debut for Racing's first team, in a 3–2 away win against AD Alcorcón in the Copa del Rey; he also featured in the second leg (0–0 draw), adding another two appearances in the tournament as they reached the semi-finals. Santander ( , ; ) is the capital of the Autonomous communities of Spain, autonomous community of Cantabria, Spain. It has a population of 172,000 (2017). Segunda División B (English: second division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021. It was administered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. It was below the top two professional leagues, the ''Primera División'' (also known as La Liga) and the ''Segunda División'', and above the ''Tercera División''. The Segunda División B included the reserve teams of a number of La Liga and Segunda División teams. Cecilio Nauzet Pérez González (born 1 March 1985), known simply as Nauzet, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Segunda Federación club Unión Sur Yaiza. Club career Born in Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Nauzet started his career with CD Maspalomas, before moving to local rivals UD Las Palmas to finish his development. Real Sporting de Gijón, S.A.D. The 2010–11 La Liga (known as the ''Liga BBVA'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 80th season of La Liga since its establishment. The campaign began on 28 August 2010, and concluded on 21 May 2011. The 2009–10 Copa del Rey was the 108th staging of the Copa del Rey (including two seasons where two rival editions were played).
