Manuel Arístides Ramírez Onelcida (born May 30, 1972) is a Dominican Americans (Dominican Republic), Dominican-American former professional baseball outfielder. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for parts of 19 seasons. He played with the Cleveland Indians, Boston Red Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago White Sox, and Tampa Bay Rays before playing one season at the Chinese Professional Baseball League in Taiwan. Ramirez is recognized for having great batting (baseball), batting skill and power. He was a nine-time Silver Slugger and was one of 28 players to hit 500 career home runs. His 21 Grand slam (baseball), grand slams are third all-time, and his Home run#Records, 29 postseason home runs are the most in MLB history. Manny Ramírez (American Football)
Manuel S. Ramírez (born February 19, 1983) is an American former professional football guard who played in the National Football League (NFL) for nine years. He is the run game coordinator and offensive line coach for the Jackson State Tigers, a position he has held since 2024. Ramirez was selected by the Detroit Lions in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL draft. He played college football at Texas Tech. He had also played for the Denver Broncos.
