MKE Ankaragücü
MKE Ankaragücü or fully Makina ve Kimya Endüstrisi Ankaragücü (), is a Turkish professional sports club located in the city of Ankara. The football team wears a yellow and navy kit and plays its home matches at Eryaman Stadium following the closure of the Ankara 19 Mayıs Stadium. The club's greatest domestic successes are the Turkish Football Championship title in 1949 and two Turkish Cups won in 1972 and 1981. They also won the second division on two occasions. Eryaman Stadium
The Eryaman Stadium () is a stadium in the Eryaman, Etimesgut, Eryaman neighbourhood of Etimesgut, Ankara, Turkey. The construction began in 2016 and was completed in 2019. Gençlerbirliği S.K., Gençlerbirliği and MKE Ankaragücü, Ankaragücü use the stadium for home games. History The Ankara 19 Mayıs Stadium, 19 May Stadium, located in the city center, became unused, leading to the initiation of construction in the Eryaman district as an alternative. The foundation of the stadium was laid on May 5, 2016. Initially planned to have a capacity of 18,000 spectators, it was later increased to 22,000. Consequently, the project was revised, causing a delay in the stadium's opening. On January 28, 2019, the stadium was inaugurated with a match between MKE Ankaragücü and Alanyaspor teams in the Süper Lig. Kazım Ersun Yanal (, born 17 December 1961) is a Turkish football manager and former player. His style has always been attacking football doubled up with tactics unprecedented in Turkish football. Sakaryaspor Kulübü Derneği is a Turkish professional football club playing in the TFF First League, which is the second level of Turkish football. Ahmet Kenan Evren (17 July 1917 – 9 May 2015) was a Turkish military officer and dictator who served as the seventh president of Turkey from 1980 to 1989. He assumed the post by leading the 1980 military coup. On 18 June 2014, a Turkish court sentenced him to life imprisonment and demotion of his military rank, (down to private from army general) for leading the military coup in 1980. The TFF 1. Lig (), currently referred to as Trendyol 1. Lig for sponsorship reasons, is the second level of the Turkish football league system. The league was founded in 2001 as the ''Turkish Second League Category A'' after the reorganization of the Second Football League, which was the second level of the Turkish league system between 1963 and 2001.
