(), known as , commonly referred to as MC Oran for short, is an Algerian professional Association football, football club based in Oran. Founded on 1 January 1917, the club was known as Mouloudia Chaâbia Ouahrania from 1971 to 1977, Mouloudia Pétroliers d'Oran (, MP Oran for a short) from 1977 to 1987 and Mouloudia d'Oran from 1987 to 1989. The club colours are red and white. Their home stadium, Ahmed Zabana Stadium, has a capacity of 40,000 spectators. The club is currently playing in the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1. Until 2008, MC Oran was the only club in Algeria to have participated in every single season of the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1, first division since its inception in 1962. Miloud Hadefi Stadium (), is a multi-use stadium in Belgaïd, in the Bir El Djir suburb of Oran, Algeria. Completed in 2019, it is used mostly for football (soccer), football matches. It can hold 40,143 spectators. The value of construction work of the stadium was about 142.3 million United States dollar, US$, it is an olympic stadium with the athletics track and it is a part of the ''Miloud Hadefi Olympic Complex'' which is the first big complex in Algeria exceeding the ''Mohamed Boudiaf Olympic Complex'' in Algiers and it is also the first stadium entirely covered in Algeria. Bachir (foaled 8 March 1997) is an Irish Thoroughbred racehorse and sire. In a racing career which lasted from July 1999 until August 2000 he won five of his ten races and recorded major victories in four different countries. As a juvenile in 1999 he showed top-class form by winning the Richmond Stakes and finishing third in both the Prix Morny and Prix de la Salamandre. The 5 July 1962 Stadium () (the name refers to 5 July 1962, the day Algeria declared independence), is a football and athletics stadium located in Algiers, Algeria. The stadium was inaugurated in 1972 with a capacity of 95,000. It served as the main stadium of the 1975 Mediterranean Games, the 1978 All-Africa Games, the 2004 Pan Arab Games, and the 2007 All-Africa Games. Miloud Hadefi (; 12 March 1949 – 6 June 1994) was an Algerian football player and manager. Hedefi represented Algeria in two Football World Cup qualifying matches. His preferred position was libero. He was nicknamed The African Kaiser by Pelé because of his similar style to German defender "Der Kaiser", Franz Beckenbauer. Career Trained at ASM Oran, he started with the seniors at MC Oran on 1965, at WA Tlemcen in 1971-1972 then at MC Oran again until 1979.
