Little Theatre Guild Of Great Britain
The Little Theatre Guild of Great Britain (''LTG'') is an Umbrella organisation promoting and supporting independent amateur theatre companies which have control over their own premises and produce drama of a high quality for the benefit of their communities. Priory Theatre
The Priory Theatre is an amateur theatre building and company located in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, England. There are 120 seats in a circle and stall layout. The original company were named the Kenilworth Players and formed in 1932. Based in a local hotel they however only lasted until 1939 and the outbreak of World War II. In 1945 the players purchased a former Christadelphian/ Unitarian chapel on Rosemary Hill near Abbey Fields and the ruined St Mary's Abbey. This building, in the Perpendicular Gothic Revival style, dates from 1816. The 'new' theatre, still their current location, was opened on 8 April 1946. Nomad Theatre
A nomad is a member of a community without fixed habitation who regularly moves to and from the same areas. Such groups include hunter-gatherers, pastoral nomads (owning livestock), tinkers and trader nomads. In the twentieth century, the population of nomadic pastoral tribes slowly decreased, reaching an estimated 30–40 million nomads in the world . Ilkley Playhouse
Ilkley Playhouse is a live theatre in Ilkley, Bradford, England. It is owned and run by Ilkley Players Ltd a not-for-profit charitable organisation. Ilkley Playhouse is run by an Executive Committee and is staffed almost entirely by volunteers drawn from its membership.
