Luís Ribeiro (Azorean Government Official)
Luís Carlos Gaspar dos Santos Ribeiro (born 19 April 1992) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Atlético Clube de Portugal. Club career Born in Lisbon, Ribeiro joined Sporting CP's academy at the age of 9. After loans to lower league clubs Sertanense F.C. and A.D. Camacha, he signed a professional contract until June 2018 with a €45 million buyout clause. He spent three full seasons with Sporting's reserves in the Segunda Liga, playing his first match in the competition on 6 December 2012 and being sent off in injury time of the 3–2 away loss against C.F. A buyout clause or release clause refers to a clause in an employment contract. It allows the employee to terminate the contract unilaterally upon payment of a specified (usually substantial) fee to the employer. The fee may be paid by the employee directly, but is more usually paid by a prospective employer who wishes to acquire the employee's services. The 2016–17 Taça de Portugal was the 77th season of the Taça de Portugal, the premier knockout competition in Portuguese football. The Taça de Portugal (; ) is an annual association football competition and the premier knockout tournament in Portuguese football. For sponsorship reasons, it has been known as Taça de Portugal Generali Tranquilidade since the 2024–25 season. Organised by the Portuguese Football Federation since it was first held in 1938, the competition is open to professional and amateur clubs from the top-four league divisions. Michael "Mica" Gonçalves Pinto (born 4 June 1993) is a Luxembourgish professional footballer who plays as a left-back for First Professional Football League club CSKA Sofia and the Luxembourg national team. Segunda División B (English: second division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021. It was administered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
