LithTech
LithTech is a game engine developed by Monolith Productions and comparable with the Quake and Unreal engines. Monolith and a number of other video game developers have used LithTech as the basis for their first-person shooter games. Monolith initially developed the engine for Microsoft before purchasing the rights to it and licensing it to other developers via subsidiary LithTech Inc. The licensing company was renamed to Touchdown Entertainment in 2003 and later absorbed into Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment after its acquisition of Monolith. The last version of LithTech offered for licensing was Jupiter EX, initially released in 2005, however Monolith has continued to use LithTech technology in their games, including '' Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor'', released in 2014. Project Origin
''F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin'' is a 2009 first-person shooter psychological horror video game for PlayStation 3, Windows, and Xbox 360. Developed by Monolith Productions and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, it was released for all platforms in February 2009. It is the second game in the ''F.E.A.R.'' series and is followed by ''F.E.A.R. 3''. In September 2009, Monolith released a single-player DLC pack, ''F.E.A.R. 2: Reborn''. In March 2015, both the base game and ''Reborn'' were made available on GOG.com. In November 2021, the ''F.E.A.R.'' franchise, including ''Reborn'', was added to Microsoft's backward compatibility program, making the games playable on the Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. ''Project Origin'' ignores the events of both TimeGate Studios-developed expansion packs for the original game ('' F.E.A.R. Extraction Point'' and ''F.E.A.R. ''Condemned: Criminal Origins'' (released as ''Condemned'' in Europe and Australia) is a 2005 First-person (video games), first-person Action game, action and survival horror video game for Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows, Windows. Video game developer, Developed by Monolith Productions and Video game publisher, published by Sega, it was an Xbox 360 launch, Xbox 360 launch title and was released in North America in November 2005, in Europe in December, and in Australia in March 2006. The Windows version was released worldwide in April 2006. Monolith also released an online episodic Browser game, flash game prequel, and there were plans for a film to Expanded universe, expand the ''Condemned'' Fictional universe, universe, with at least three additional games already mapped out by 2005. However, the film was never made, and the only addition to the franchise was ''Condemned 2: Bloodshot'', which was released in 2008 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
