Colombo City Centre is a 50-storey mixed-use development in Colombo, the capital city of Sri Lanka. Colombo City Centre comprises a five storey retail space which consists of , including a 170-room hotel and 192 residential apartments. The building is situated on Beira Lake, opposite Gangarama Sima Malaka, on Sir James Pieris Mawatha. The development was a joint venture between a local company, the Abans Group, and Singaporean company, SilverNeedle Hospitality. The project was built at an estimated cost of US$170 million. One Galle Face
One Galle Face is a mixed-use complex of buildings near the Galle Face Green in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It is also Sri Lanka's first internationally and developed and managed mixed use project and was officially opened on 8 November 2019. The facility consists of four skyscrapers, one which will be open for businesses to set up offices, two for the residential component, and the fourth as part of a Shangri-La Colombo, hotel. A shopping mall is also part of the project. The premises in its entirety is owned by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Shangri-La.
