Walter Matthysse
Walter Dario Matthysse Sr. (born August 29, 1978) is an Argentine former professional boxer who competed from 2002 to 2009. He challenged for the IBF welterweight title in 2007 and at regional level held the WBO Latino welterweight title three times between 2004 and 2006. He is the older brother of former featherweight world champion, Edith Soledad Matthysse, and welterweight world champion of boxing, Lucas Matthysse. Professional career On July 14, 2007, Kermit Cintrón was dominant in his first title defense, knocking down the Argentina, Argentine Matthysse three times on his way to a knockout victory twenty-nine seconds into the second round. The Australian National Boxing Hall of Fame is a sports hall of fame which was founded in 2001 and began inducting boxers into the Hall of Fame in 2003. Henry Nissen
Henry Nissen OAM (born Henry Nissenbaum; 15 January 1948, in Belsen) is an Australian amateur flyweight and professional fly/ bantam/featherweight boxer of the 1960s and '70s who as an amateur represented Australia and won the gold medal at flyweight in the boxing at the 1969 Maccabiah Games, and as a professional won the Australian flyweight title, and Commonwealth flyweight title, his professional fighting weight varied from , i.e. flyweight to , i.e. featherweight. Jason Moloney (born 10 January 1991) is an Australian professional boxer, who held the WBO bantamweight title from May 2023 to May 2024. He previously challenged twice for the IBF bantamweight title. At regional level, he has held the WBA Oceania bantamweight title since 2017 and held the Commonwealth bantamweight title in 2018. Super flyweight, also referred to as junior bantamweight, is a weight class in professional boxing, contested from and up to . The World Boxing Association (WBA), formerly known as the National Boxing Association (NBA), is an international professional boxing organization based in Panama. The WBA awards its world championship title at the professional level. Founded in the United States in 1921 by 13 state representatives as the NBA, it is the oldest major organization regulating fights. Andrew Moloney (born 10 January 1991) is an Australian professional boxer who held the WBA (Regular) super-flyweight title in 2020, having previously held the interim title since 2019.
