''Rugrats'' is an American animated television series created by Arlene Klasky, Gábor Csupó, and Paul Germain for Nickelodeon. The show focuses on a group of toddlers, most prominently Tommy, Chuckie, Angelica, the twins Phil and Lil, Susie, then later Dil and Kimi and their day-to-day lives, usually involving common life experiences that become adventures in the babies' imaginations. He is best known for his unique style of animation, as well as for being the creator and director of '' Æon Flux'' and for his character design for '' Reign: The Conqueror (Alexander Senki)''. Early life and career Peter Chung was born on April 19, 1961. Since his father was in the foreign service of the Republic of Korea, he has lived in Seoul, London, Nairobi, Washington, D.C., New York and Tunis. It has been described as a reboot of the original TV series of the same name which ran from 1991 to 2004.
