Rock City (Royce Da 5'9" Album)
''Rock City'' (subtitled or alternative titled ''Rock City - Version 2.0'') is the debut studio album by American rapper Royce da 5'9". After a two-year delay, resulting from a creative issue and label changes, the album was released on November 26, 2002. Background Originally receiving national attention for his appearance on Eminem's track, "Bad Meets Evil", which later launched the duo of the same name in 1999, Royce da 5'9" was cornered by Dr. Dre to join his imprint, Aftermath Entertainment, but he refused to fire his manager. After he was rejected, he later signed a development deal with Tommy Boy Records, which later fell through due to the fact that he learned that the label would own his publishing and master recordings for the following ten years by contract. Recording for the album began in 1999, after signing with Game Recordings, with the single, " Boom". In 2000, after signing with Columbia Records, the album's recording process began to dwindle when the label de ...

End Of The Century
''End of the Century'' is the fifth studio album by the American punk rock band Ramones, released on February 4, 1980, through Sire Records. The album was the band's first to be produced by Phil Spector, though he had offered the band his assistance earlier in their career. With Spector fully producing the album, it was the first release that excluded original member Tommy Ramone, who had left the band in 1978 but had produced their previous album '' Road to Ruin''. Spector used more advanced standards of engineering, such as high-quality overdubbing and echo chambers. These painstaking methods caused conflict between the band and Spector since the Ramones were accustomed to a quicker recording process. Spector emphasized the production value as well, working with a budget of around $200,000, far exceeding their earlier album sessions. The songs on ''End of the Century'' were written primarily to expand the band's fan base, straying from the band's original punk genre and steer ...

The Last Sucker
''The Last Sucker'' is the eleventh studio album by industrial metal band Ministry, released in 2007 through 13th Planet Records. For three years until their reformation in 2011, it was the band's last studio album featuring new material. The album is the third and final part of the band's anti-George W. Bush trilogy, preceded by 2004's '' Houses of the Molé'' and 2006's ''Rio Grande Blood''. Overview Jourgensen told Billboard that he had "...other things to do. I just started a label (13th Planet Records), and I want to sign some bands and really build it up like I did with WaxTrax in the '80s, not just a vanity label. I think it's time, and I'll be leaving on the top of my game instead of hanging on too long and doing crappy Aerosmith and Rolling Stones albums thirty years later." "That seems to be my muse; everyone seems to think I write real shitty music when a Democrat's in office. So we'll do that one, and then me and George (W.) Bush go riding off hand-in-hand, into th ...
