''Let's Do It Again'' is a 1953 American Technicolor musical film set in 1950 New York, and released by Columbia Pictures. The film was directed by Alexander Hall and starred Jane Wyman, Ray Milland, Aldo Ray, and Tom Helmore. It is the story of a composer's wife (Wyman) who tries to make him (Milland) jealous, but the ploy backfires and leads to divorce. This film is a reworking of a stage play by Arthur Richman, ''The Awful Truth'' (1922), which was previously filmed under the title in 1925, 1929, and 1937. The last version features Irene Dunne and Cary Grant in the leads. ''Let's Do It Again'' is a 1975 American action crime comedy film, starring Sidney Poitier and co-starring Bill Cosby and Jimmie Walker among an all-star black cast. The film, directed by Poitier, is about blue-collar workers who decide to rig a boxing match to raise money for their fraternal lodge. The song of the same name by The Staple Singers was featured as the opening and ending theme of the film, and as a result, the two have become commonly associated with each other. The production companies include Verdon Productions and The First Artists Production Company, Ltd., and distributed by Warner Bros. The movie was filmed in two cities, Atlanta, Georgia and New Orleans, Louisiana, where most of the plot takes place. "Let's Do It Again" is a song by the Staple Singers. Written by Curtis Mayfield, it was part of the soundtrack for the Bill Cosby/Sidney Poitier film '' Let's Do It Again''. The single reached the top of the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 singles chart on December 27, 1975, the day before Roebuck "Pops" Staples' 61st birthday, and also spent two non-consecutive weeks at the top of the Hot Soul Singles chart. Jerry Fealofani Afemata (born 1983), better known by his stage name J Boog, is an American-Samoan reggae singer and songwriter. J Boog has released three albums that reached the top ten of the Billboard charts, ''Billboard'' Reggae Albums chart, debuting with ''Hear Me Roar'' in 2007. His next two albums, ''Backyard Boogie'' (2011) and ''Wash House Ting'' (2016), both reached number one on the Reggae Albums chart.
