''Lego Racers'' is a 1999 Lego-themed Racing game, kart racing video game developed by High Voltage Software and published by Lego Media for Microsoft Windows, followed by console ports to Nintendo 64 and PlayStation (console), PlayStation. Set in the fictional "Legoland" universe, the single-player mode follows various minifigure characters competing in a racing competition created by a fictional racing champion called Rocket Racer. High Voltage Software, Inc. (HVS) is an American video game developer based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Founded in April 1993 by Kerry J. Single-player
A single-player video game is a video game where input from only one player is expected throughout the gameplay. Lego Adventurers
Lego Adventurers (stylized as ''LEGO Adventurers'') is a discontinued Lego theme based on an early 20th century 'explorer' concept. It centred around the main character named Johnny Thunder and a team of explorers who go on adventures. Unlike other Lego themes, which take place in a fictional "Lego Universe", most of the Adventurers sets took places in real-world locations, such as Egypt, the Amazon rainforest, the Himalayas, India, and China. The only fictional sub-theme took place on an island where prehistoric creatures still lived. The theme was first introduced in 1998. Lego Pirates (stylized as ''LEGO Pirates'') is a discontinued Lego theme launched in 1989 featuring pirates, soldiers from the Napoleonic Wars, Pacific Islanders, sailing ships, and buried treasure, inspired by the late Golden Age of Piracy. ''Drome Racers'' is a Lego racing video game developed by Attention to Detail and published by Electronic Arts and Lego Interactive.
