Ledbetter, Kentucky
Ledbetter is a census-designated place (CDP) in Livingston County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 1,683 at the 2010 census, down slightly from 1,700 in 2000, thus making it the largest and most populous community in Livingston County. It is part of the Paducah, KY- IL Metropolitan Statistical Area, laying directly across the Tennessee River from Paducah. It is the largest community in Livingston County, but the village of Salem is less than two times the population of Ledbetter. Geography Ledbetter is located in the southwesterm portion of Livingston County along U.S. Route 60 just northeast of Paducah. The Census-designated place is located along the banks of the Ohio River, with the mouth of the Tennessee River, which marks Livingston County's southern boundary with McCracken County, located just west of the area. Ledbetter Gardens, Dallas
Ledbetter Gardens is a small neighborhood in West Dallas, Texas, United States. Its boundaries are Canada Drive to the north, Bernal Drive to the south, Rupert Street on the east, and Pluto Street on the west. Westmoreland Road, Canada and Bernal Drives are major access points to the neighborhood. Ledbetter Gardens is a predominantly mixed African American and Hispanic and/or Latino American working-class neighborhood. Demographics For statistical purposes, Ledbetter Gardens is identified as Block Group 1 of Census tract 105 by the United States Census Bureau. Leadbetter Beach (also Ledbetter Beach) is a popular beach in Santa Barbara, California, situated below Leadbetter Hill. It is easily accessible from the Santa Barbara City College (SBCC) and the marina, and has light surf which is acceptable for learners. Because of the small surf and consistent winds, it is also a popular location for kitesurfers and windsurfers during the summer, when the wind is consistent. Of all the beaches in the city, this is one of the most frequently visited. "Leadbetter is an artificial beach, built by accident. When Santa Barbara Harbor was built, it blocked the downshore current, holding up the natural sand flow.
