The Lebanon Women's Cup ( ar, كأس لبنان للسيدات, links=no), commonly known as the Lebanese Women's FA Cup, is the top cup competition for women's football clubs in Lebanon – designed as an equivalent to the Lebanese FA Cup. Beirut Football Academy
Beirut Football Academy (), or simply BFA, is a football academy based in Forn El Chebbak, a district in Beirut, Lebanon. Founded in 2004 as the first football academy in the country, they play their games at the Al Sharq Stadium. History Beirut Football Academy (BFA) was founded in March 2004 as Lebanon's first football academy. It has five branches: Furn el Shebbek, Hazmieh, Ain Saadeh, Mansourieh and Batroun. On 29 December 2019, BFA signed an agreement with Cypriot club AEK Larnaca, with the two clubs becoming affiliates. Penalty Shoot-out (association Football)
A penalty shoot-out (officially kicks from the penalty mark) is a tie-breaking method in association football to determine which team is awarded victory in a match that cannot end in a draw, when the score is tied after the normal time as well as extra time (if used) have expired. In a penalty shoot-out, each team takes turns shooting at goal from the penalty mark, with the goal defended only by the opposing team's goalkeeper. Each team has five shots which must be taken by different kickers; the team that makes more successful kicks is declared the victor. Shoot-outs finish as soon as one team has an insurmountable lead. If scores are level after five pairs of shots, the shootout progresses into additional " sudden-death" rounds. Balls successfully kicked into the goal during a shoot-out do not count as goals for the individual kickers or the team, and are tallied separately from the goals scored during normal play (including extra time, if any). Zouk Mosbeh Sporting Club ( ar, نادي ذوق مصبح الرياضي), formerly Shooterz Club (), is a multi-sports club based in Zouk Mosbeh, Lebanon. The club has consisted of various departments throughout their history, including futsal, women's football, table tennis, basketball, and kung fu. Zouk Mosbeh's women's football department was founded in 2017. They competed in the Lebanese Women's Football League and won one league title and one FA Cup in the 2017–18 season, before being dissolved in 2019. Girls' Football Academy
Girls Football Academy, or simply GFA, is a women's football academy based in Beirut, Lebanon. They were founded in 2011 as the first exclusively female football academy in the Middle East. GFA's senior team were runners up three times in a row in the Lebanese Women's Football League, between 2012 and 2014, as well as in the 2015–16 Lebanese Women's FA Cup. They withdrew their team in 2017, prior to the 2017–18 season. History GFA was founded in November 2011 by former international footballer Nadia Assaf and her friend Walid Arakii, as the first private football academy for girls in the Middle East.
