Leandro Miguel Fernández (born 12 March 1991) is an Argentine footballer who plays as a forward for Universidad de Chile. Career Born in Santa Fe, Fernández began his career at Defensa y Justicia. He made his debut on 23 May 2009, as a 74th-minute substitute for Omar Zalazar in a 2–1 loss at Tiro Federal, and made two further substitute appearances that season in Primera B Nacional. He went on to score three goals apiece in each of the three subsequent campaigns, including a brace on 8 May 2010 in a 4–0 win at Gimnasia Jujuy. On 21 August 2011, he was sent off in a 3–2 loss at Patronato. In early 2012, he was loaned to Club Tijuana in the Liga MX. He made seven appearances, without scoring, and spoke of the effects of altitude on his play after his debut on 5 February in a 1–1 draw at Puebla. The 2018 Suruga Bank Championship (; ) was the eleventh edition of the Suruga Bank Championship (also referred to as the ''J.League Cup / Copa Sudamericana Championship Final''), the club football match co-organized by the Japan Football Association, the football governing body of Japan, CONMEBOL, the football governing body of South America, and J.League, the professional football league of Japan, between the champions of the previous season's J.League Cup and Copa Sudamericana. The 2017 Copa CONMEBOL Sudamericana was the 16th edition of the CONMEBOL Sudamericana (also referred to as the ''Copa Sudamericana'', or ), South America's secondary club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. Argentinian club Independiente defeated Brazilian club Flamengo in the finals by an aggregate score of 3–2 to win their second tournament title. As champions, Independiente earned the right to play against the winners of the 2017 Copa Libertadores in the 2018 Recopa Sudamericana, and the winners of the 2017 J.League Cup in the 2018 Suruga Bank Championship. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, also known as Copa Sudamericana (; ), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL, the governing body of football in South America, since 2002. It is the second-most prestigious club competition in South American football. CONCACAF clubs were invited between 2004 and 2008. The 2013–14 Liga Nacional de Fútbol de Guatemala season was the 15th season in which the Apertura and Clausura season is used. The season began on 4 August 2013 and will end in May 2014. Format The format for both championships are identical. Each championship will have two stages: a first stage and a playoff stage. The first stage of each championship is a double round-robin format. Juan Cruz Villagra (born 3 January 2000) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a centre-forward for Douglas Haig, on loan from Defensa y Justicia. Brian Fernández (born 26 September 1994) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a forward for Talleres de Remedios de Escalada.
