Langerak, Drenthe
Langerak is a hamlet in the Netherlands and is part of the Coevorden municipality in Drenthe. Langerak is not a statistical entity, and the postal authorities have placed it under Geesbrug. It was first mentioned in 1899 and means "long straight waterway" which is a reference to the Verlengde Hoogeveensche Vaart which has two bends, but is straight near Langerak. The hamlet consists of about 40 houses. References

Willige Langerak
Willige Langerak is a hamlet in the Dutch provinces of South Holland and Utrecht. It is located in the municipalities of Krimpenerwaard and Lopik, just east of Schoonhoven. Willige Langerak was a separate municipality in the province of Utrecht between 1818 and 1943, when its largest portion was merged with Lopik in the province of Utrecht and a smaller portion (the church and its surroundings) was added to Schoonhoven in South Holland. It was first mentioned in 1291 as Wilgerkerke, and means willow trees near Langerak. Willige Langerak is not a statistical entity, and the postal authorities have placed it under Lopik. Langerak (fjord)
Langerak is the name for the eastern part of Limfjord in Denmark and is one of the East Jutish Fjorde. The designation covers the narrow length of the fjord between Aalborg and Hals which is approximately 30 km long and ranges between 400m to 2 km in width. The meandering fjord was created during the last ice age. For most of recorded history Langerak was the only access to the open sea from the regional commercial centre of Aalborg. In 1825 however the isthmus at the western end of Limfjorden was breach by the sea and the fjord has technically been a strait since then. Michel Langerak
Michel Langerak (born 8 July 1968) is a Dutch professional football manager and former player who is currently the assistant coach at Kozakken Boys. Playing career Langerak played professionally from 1987 to 2003. He started his career with DS '79, which had changed its name from 1990–91 to Dordrecht '90. He made his debut as a professional football player on 13 December 1987 in a 1–2 loss to Sparta, when he came on as a substitute for Kees Koudstaal at halftime. In 1991, Langerak was sent on a six-month loan deal VVV. He returned to Dordrecht, which had merged with SVV to form SVV/Dordrecht '90, which from 12 September 1992 was again called Dordrecht '90. In 1996, Langerak moved to NEC where he would play for a year and a half. After this, he played for AZ (1997–99) and ended his professional career at Sparta Rotterdam (1999–02). Mitchell James Langerak ( ; born 22 August 1988) is an Australian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Melbourne Victory. Club career Melbourne Victory Langerak signed his first professional contract in February 2007, with A-League club Melbourne Victory. Soon after he was sent on loan to South Melbourne for the remainder of the 2007 Victorian Premier League season, to gain game time and experience. Once the loan finished Langerak continued his duties as the Victory's third choice goalkeeper before Eugene Galekovic moved to Adelaide United.
