La Brea (TV Series)
''La Brea'' is an American science fiction Drama (film and television), drama television series that aired on NBC from September 28, 2021 until February 13, 2024, across 3 seasons and 30 episodes. It was produced by Keshet International#Keshet Studios, Keshet Studios and Universal Television and created and executive produced by David Appelbaum. The series received mixed reviews from critics. Synopsis On September 26, 2021, a massive sinkhole opens in the middle of Los Angeles at the site of the La Brea Tar Pits and Wilshire Boulevard, pulling many people, vehicles and buildings, including the Petersen Automotive Museum, into its depths. The survivors find themselves trapped in a mysterious and dangerous primeval land where they must band together to survive. Natalie Zea (born March 17, 1975) is an American actress known for her performances on television. Zea began her acting career in theatre. Her first major role was on the NBC daytime soap opera ''Passions'' (2000–2002), where she played the role of Gwen Winthrop, Gwen Hotchkiss. Alon Shtruzman () is an Israeli media executive and television producer. He is the former CEO of Keshet International, Keshet Media Group's global distribution and production arm., and is considered one of the founders of Israel's multi-channel industry. La Brea Tar Pits comprise an active Paleontological site, paleontological research site in urban Los Angeles.
