L'Écrasement De Tête
L'Écrasement de tête (Head Crush) is the first street album by the Sexion d'Assaut collective (not taking into account the discography of the 3rd Prototype, the internal group of the Sexion d'Assaut). La Sexion d'Assaut was made up of the 3rd Prototype group and solo artists: Black M, Doomams, Balistik and L.I.O (Balistik and L.I.O, however, did not make the slightest appearance on the street album). Lefa said in a magazine in 2009 that the 3rd Prototype did not exist since the release of The Head Crush, therefore the Sexion D'Assaut is a band in its own right and no longer a collective. It was released on May 4, 2009 on Because Music. This disc will be the first to experience significant success, and really increase the group's notoriety among the general public. The title "T'es bête ou quoi ?" appears on the soundtrack of the film Ong-Bak 2. The album has sold over 45,000 copies. This street album allows them to start their first tour with many dates all over France in fu ...

They also retain the style of old school hip-hop, but keep underground influences and spent almost a decade fostering an underground fanbase before releasing their debut studio album ''L'École des points vitaux'' in 2010. Their album ''L'École des points vitaux'' in 2010 went quadruple platinum. The album ''En attenda ...

Street, eds, ''iarchive:cambridgecompani00frit, The Cambridge Companion to Pop and Rock'' (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press), , pp. 95–105. During the 1950s and 1960s, pop music encompassed rock and roll and the youth-oriented styles it influenced. ''Rock music, Rock'' and ''pop'' music remained roughly synonymous until the late 1960s, after which ''pop'' became associated with music that was more commercial, wikt:ephemeral, ephemeral, and accessible. House Music
House is a genre of electronic dance music characterized by a repetitive Four on the floor (music), four-on-the-floor beat and a typical tempo of 115–130 beats per minute. House was created and pioneered by DJs and producers in Chicago such as Frankie Knuckles, Ron Hardy, Jesse Saunders, Chip E., Joe Smooth, Steve "Silk" Hurley, Farley "Jackmaster" Funk, Marshall Jefferson, Phuture, and others. House music initially expanded to New York City, then internationally to cities such as London, and ultimately became a worldwide phenomenon. Street Album
In the modern music industry, a mixtape is a musical project, typically with looser constraints than that of an album or extended play. Unlike the traditional album or extended play, mixtapes are labeled as laid-back projects that allow artists more creative freedom and less commercial pressure. The term has significantly increased in popularity over the years due to high-profile artists marketing their projects as such. Prior to the decline of physical media, mixtapes were defined as homemade compilations of music played through a cassette tape, CD, or digital playlist and became significant in hip-hop culture. The songs were typically beatmatched and consisted of seamless transitions at their beginnings and endings with fades or abrupt edits. It was then defined as relatively any musical project by an up-and-coming artist. Now, mixtapes have become a label of promotion and marketing for album-like projects. Dictionary.com writes that "the line between an album and a mixtape can ...
