Kuwait Women's National Under-17 Football Team
the Kuwait women's national under-17 football team ( ar, منتخب الكويت لكرة القدم تحت 17 سنة للسيدات), represent Kuwait in international women's youth football. The team is governed by the Women's Committee of Kuwait Football Association (KFA). The team also serves as the women's national under-18 and women's national under-16 football team of Kuwait. History In 2019, the women's committee of the Kuwait football association launched for the first time the youth women's team, right away after its creation, the team held a training camp in the Austrian capital Vienna from 1 to 15 August 2019, as preparation for their first appearance in WAFF U-18 Girls Championship, during the camp they played three friendlies against youth teams of Austrian clubs. The Kuwait Football Association ( ar, الإتحاد الكويتي لكرة القدم) is the governing body of football in Kuwait. Kuwait has thrice been suspended by FIFA for political interference since 2007 and were allowed to participate in the 2011 Asian Cup qualifying campaign and other international competitions on a provisional basis. Doumouh Ibrahim Al Bakkar ( ar, دموع ابراهيم البقار; born 7 April 1990) is a Lebanese football referee who officiates primarily in the Lebanese Women's Football League. Starting out as a player and coach, Al Bakkar became a referee in 2014. In addition to women's matches, she has also officiated men's matches domestically, at both senior and youth level.
