Kristoffer Tønnessen
Kristoffer Tønnessen (born 1 October 1997) is a Norwegian football defender who plays for Lillestrøm. He made his league debut for Jerv in the 2013 3. divisjon, and took part in successive promotions to the 2016 1. divisjon. At the end of the season, Jerv was only minutes away from yet another promotion, but ultimately lost the decisive playoff match. The next year, Tønnessen made his debut for Norway U21. In the summer of 2019 he went to Start, for whom he made his first-tier debut in June 2020 against Strømsgodset. Tønnessen made 100 Start appearances across all competitions. Fotballklubben Jerv is a Norwegian Association football, football club from Grimstad. ''Jerv'' is the Norwegian name for wolverine. They currently play in the Norwegian Second Division, 2. divisjon, the third tier of Norwegian football. History The club was founded in 1921, as Vestergatens FK, named after the street in which the foundation took place, but later changed name to Djerv and then Jerv. In the 1970s and 1980s the team had a number of foreign coaches, including Bo Johansson who managed the team in 1984 and 1985 and went on to coach several clubs and national teams.
