Konrad II, Count Of Württemberg
Konrad II (died 1143) was Count of Württemberg. He reigned from 1110 until 1143. He served as marshal of Swabia and advocate of the town of Ulm, and had large possessions in the valleys of the Neckar and the Rems.This information is also derived from coins produced under his premiership, as reported on the 'medieval coinage' website, accessiblhere/ref> Konrad's father is unknown, but he is believed to belong to the family of the counts of Veringen ( Veringenstadt). The reason to believe so is due to the similarity of the arms of the Counts of Veringen with that of the Counts of Wirtemberg. The Evangelical Seminaries of Maulbronn and Blaubeuren () in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, are two '' Gymnasien'' (high schools) and Protestant boarding schools in the Württemberg tradition. Until 2008, grades 9 and 10 were taught in the former Maulbronn Abbey, and Grades 11 through 13 in Blaubeuren, partly in cooperation with the Gymnasium Blaubeuren ("Blaubeuren High School"). As of 2013, the two schools exist independently of each other. Henry V, Holy Roman Emperor
Henry V (; probably 11 August 1081 or 1086 – 23 May 1125) was King of Germany (from 1099 to 1125) and Holy Roman Emperor (from 1111 to 1125), as the fourth and last ruler of the Salian dynasty. He was made co-ruler by his father, Henry IV, in 1098. In Emperor Henry IV's conflicts with the imperial princes and the struggle against the reform papacy during the Investiture Controversy, young Henry V allied himself with the opponents of his father. He forced Henry IV to abdicate on 31 December 1105 and ruled for five years in compliance with the imperial princes. He tried, unsuccessfully, to withdraw the regalia from the bishops. Then in order to at least preserve the previous right to invest, he captured Pope Paschal II and forced him to perform his imperial coronation in 1111.
