Kink (sexuality)
In human sexuality, kinkiness is the use of sexual practices, concepts or fantasies that are not conventional. The term derives from the idea of a "bend" (cf. a "kink") in one's sexual behaviour, to contrast such behaviour with "straight" or "vanilla" sexual mores and proclivities. It is thus a colloquial term for non- normative sexual behaviour. The term "kink" has been claimed by some who practice sexual fetishism as a term or synonym for their practices, indicating a range of sexual and sexualistic practices from playful to sexual objectification and certain paraphilias. In the 21st century the term "kink", along with expressions like BDSM, leather and fetish, has become more commonly used than the term ''paraphilia''. Some universities also feature student organizations focused on kinks, within the context of wider LGBTQ concerns. Kink sexual practices go beyond what are considered conventional sexual practices as a means of heightening the intimacy between sexual partne ...

Caron Liza Geary (born 15 October 1963 in Paddington, London), known by various stage names, is an English female raggamuffin toaster. She was the world's first white female reggae/dancehall MC, and the first dancehall MC ever, to chat reggae-inspired lyrics over house music. According to Geary, her first recorded track was over the dub version of "Kid Ralph", a dancehall track by Little Twitch. The song, unbeknown to her, spoke about a "legendary" homosexual figure in Jamaica's prison system. Her track was called "Reggae gone Kinky" and the dubplate was recorded at Music House in Finsbury Park. She has subsequently worked as a solo artist and with other musicians, including Erasure and Boy George, who described her music as "the dirtiest 'slackest' reggae I'd heard since the seventies". Background Growing up in Marylebone, Geary was exposed to reggae from a very young age. It was this precocious exposure to reggae music and Caribbean culture which inspired her to write in ...

Kinky (QI)
'' QI'' (''Quite Interesting'') is a BBC comedy panel game television show that began in 2003. It was created by John Lloyd, and was hosted by Stephen Fry until the end of Series 13 (13 years) after which Sandi Toksvig took over, and features permanent panellist Alan Davies. Each series covers topics that begin with a different letter of the alphabet; for example, the first series covered topics whose word began with "A". Thus it is referred to as "Series A" instead of "Series One". ''QI'' was given a full series after BBC executives responded well to a nonbroadcast pilot and the first episode, "Adam", premiered on BBC Two on 11 September 2003. From the second to the fifth series, episodes aired each week on BBC Two; the second and subsequent episodes were shown first on BBC Four in the time-slot after the previous episode's BBC Two broadcast. When the sixth series of ''QI'' began in 2008, the show moved to BBC One and the broadcasting of episodes on BBC Four was replaced in fa ...

Afro-textured Hair
Kinky hair is a human hair texture prevalent in the Indigenous peoples of Sub-Saharan Africa and Melanesia. Each strand of this hair type grows in a repeating pattern of small contiguous kinks which can be classified as tight twists and sharp folds. These numerous kinks make kinky hair appear denser than straight, wavy, and other curly hair types. Terminology English adjectives such as ''woolly'', ''kinky'', or ''spiraled'' have been used in the mid-20th century to describe natural afro-textured hair. More formally, '' ulotrichous'' ('curly-haired' from and ) refers to afro-textured hair, its antonym being ''leiotrichous'' ('smooth-haired'). Jean Baptiste Bory de Saint-Vincent in 1825 introduced the scientific term ''Oulotrichi'' for the purpose of human taxonomy. In 1997, hairstylist Andre Walker created a numerical grading system for human hair types. The Andre Walker Hair Typing System classifies kinky hair as 'type 4' (there are other types of hair, defined as type 1 fo ...
