The Kent Women cricket team is the women's representative cricket team for the English county of Kent. They play their home matches at St Lawrence Ground in Canterbury, as well as the County Cricket Ground, Beckenham. Megan Belt
Megan Sarah Belt (born 6 October 1997) is an English cricketer who currently plays for Kent. She plays as a right-arm off break bowler. She previously played for South East Stars and Oval Invincibles. Early life Belt was born on 6 October 1997 in Margate, Kent. She attends Canterbury Christ Church University, as well as working as a PE teacher. Domestic career Belt made her county debut in 2013, for Kent against Berkshire. She was part of the Kent team that won the County Championship in 2014, the Twenty20 Cup and County Championship double in 2016 and the County Championship again in 2019. She was the leading wicket-taker in the 2013 Women's Twenty20 Cup, and the second-leading wicket-taker in the 2016 County Championship. The 2002 Women's County One-Day Championship was the 6th cricket Women's County Championship season. It took place in July and saw 21 county teams compete in a series of divisions. Yorkshire Women won the County Championship as winners of the top division, achieving their fifth Championship title in six seasons. Tash Farrant
Natasha Eleni Farrant (born 29 May 1996) is an English cricketer who currently plays for Surrey, Oval Invincibles and England. She plays as a left-arm fast-medium bowler. She has previously played for Southern Vipers in the Women's Cricket Super League, as well as spending a season with Western Australia. Early life Farrant was born in Athens, Greece. She started playing for a Kent Women junior team at the age of eight. She attended Sevenoaks School, and at the age of 11, she joined the boys' school team. Domestic career Farrant made her Kent senior team debut in 2012, and took 5/9 in the match. She was part of the Kent side that won the 2016 Women's County Championship after winning seven of their eight matches. The 2019 Women's County One-Day Championship was the 23rd cricket Women's County Championship season. It ran from late April to the beginning of June and saw 32 county teams and teams representing Scotland, Wales and the Netherlands compete in a series of divisions. 2016 Women's County Championship
The 2016 Women's County One-Day Championship was the 20th cricket Women's County Championship season. The Championship was won by Kent who recorded their seventh championship, setting a new record for the number of championships won. The runners-up were Sussex. Charlotte Marie Edwards (born 17 December 1979) is an English former cricketer and current cricket coach and commentator. She played primarily as a right-handed batter.
