is a Japanese athlete from Tokyo. He has held the Guinness World Record for running 100 meters on all four limbs, multiple times, most recently from 6 November 2015 until 30 June 2022. The current record is held by Collin McClure. Kenichi Itō (political Scientist)
was a Japanese diplomat and political scientist who was engaged in international politics and strategic studies. He was president and CEO of the Japan Forum on International Relations (JFIR) since it was founded in 1987, and served as chairman of the Global Forum of Japan (GFJ), chairman of the Council on East Asian Community (CEAC), and vice president of the Worldwide Support for Development (WSD). He was professor emeritus of Aoyama Gakuin University and held an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Cambodia. Life Itō was born in Tokyo in 1938. He graduated from Hitotsubashi University Law School in 1960. He joined the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in 1960. After studying at the Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, he served as third to first Secretaries in the Japanese Embassies in Moscow, Manila, and Washington, D.C., and as director of the First Southeast Asian Division until he left MOFA in 1977. Iceman (Japanese Band)
Iceman was a three-member Japanese electronica/pop rock group, consisting of Daisuke Asakura (keyboards), Kenichi Ito (guitar), and Michihiro Kuroda (lead vocals). They officially assembled on June 5, 1996, when a press conference was held in Tokyo to announce the two musicians who would accompany Daisuke Asakura in his next musical venture after the breakup of Access. Between 1996 and 1999, they released six albums, a multitude of PV and live concert videos, and even a video game. Their unique and varied sound bridged genres from hard electronic rock ("Shining Collection"), to pop ("Edge of the season"), and even techno ("Caution"). Iceman is perhaps best known for their single "Shining Collection", which was used as the opening theme for '' Gravitation: Lyrics of Love'' (Asakura served as music director and composer for the series).
