The Kansallinen Liiga ('National League') is the premier division of women's football in Finland. It was previously called the Jalkapallon naisten SM-sarja ('Women's Football Finnish Championship Series') during 1974 to 2006 and the Naisten Liiga (, 'Women's League') during 2006 to 2019, The first season under the name Kansallinen Liiga was played in 2020. PK-35 Vantaa (formerly Pallokerho-35 or PK-35) is a football club based in Vantaa, Finland. Pallokerho-35 (PK-35) Naiset is the representative women's football team of the Helsinki-based football club Pallokerho-35 (PK-35). The team debuted in Finland's top-level league, the Kansallinen Liiga, for the 2020 season. They gained promotion at the end of the previous season, winning the 2019 qualifier against IK Myran. PK-35 had previously reached the ascending qualifier in the 2018 season but lost to Oulu Nice Soccer (ONS). Ollipekka Ojala
Ollipekka Ojala (born 1 December 1986) is a Finnish football manager who last managed Gintra. Career Ojala started his managerial career with Finnish women's side Pallokissat in 2014. Four years later, he was appointed manager of Finnish women's side Ilves. In 2019, he was appointed manager of Finnish women's side KuPS, helping the club win three league titles. Subsequently, he was appointed manager of Lithuanian women's side Gintra in 2024. While managing the club, Lithuanian news website ''Sportas24.lt'' wrote that he "the beginning for the strategist in the new club was not paved with roses and he had to experience the bitterness of defeat already in the debut match". Helsingin Palloseura (HPS) () is a sports club from Helsinki, Finland established in 1917. HPS has been active in several sports including bandy, ice hockey, football, handball and basketball.
