João Pedro Lima Santos (born 15 August 1980), known as João Pedro, is a Portuguese footballer who plays as a left back. He played 155 matches in the Segunda Liga during seven seasons, scoring a combined eight goals for Leça, Estoril, Gil Vicente and Penafiel. He added 67 appearances in the Primeira Liga, in a 17-year senior career. Club career Born in Vila Nova de Famalicão, Braga District, João Pedro spent the better part of his youth career with FC Porto. His senior debut occurred in the second division, with Leça FC. In the following years, João Pedro alternated between the second and the third levels. From 2002 to 2004 he achieved consecutive promotions with G.D. Estoril Praia, contributing with 69 games and three goals in the process; he played his first match in the Primeira Liga also with that team, in a 0–0 home draw against Rio Ave F.C. on 29 August 2004 where he featured the full 90 minutes. Vila Nova de Famalicão (), also known as Famalicão, is a Portuguese town in the Braga District and the sub-region of Ave (intermunicipal community), Vale do Ave. The population of ''Vila Nova'' was created in 1205 with the charter given by the King Sancho I of Portugal, Sancho I. The 2004–05 Primeira Liga was the 71st edition of top flight of Portuguese football. It started on 28 August 2004 with a match between Belenenses and Marítimo, and ended on 22 May 2005. Benfica won their 31st league title, with 65 points, three points ahead of the defending champions Porto. The league was contested by 18 clubs, and was considered one of the most competitive seasons in recent years. The first goal of the season was scored by Belenenses centre-back Rolando. The first red card of the season was given to Vitória de Setúbal's Bruno Ribeiro, and the first yellow was given to Belenenses' Juninho Petrolina in the opening match of the season. Barcelos, Portugal
Barcelos () is a city and a municipality in Braga District in the Minho Province, in the north of Portugal. The population in 2011 was 120,391, in an area of 378.90 km2. With 60 parishes, it is the municipality with the highest number of parishes in the country.
