João Paulo Ribeiro Sovinski (born 8 March 2001), known as João Paulo, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Portuguesa. Career Chapecoense Born in Guarapuava, Paraná, João Paulo joined Chapecoense's youth setup in 2018, after representing Grêmio and Internacional. He made his first team debut on 25 February 2021, starting in a 2–0 Campeonato Catarinense away win against Concórdia. João Paulo subsequently lost his starting spot to Keiller in late March 2021, and remained as a second-choice after the recovery of Tiepo. On 5 April of that year, he renewed his contract until the end of 2024. João Paulo made his Série A debut on 13 June 2021, coming on as a first-half substitute for injured Tiepo in a 0–0 home draw against Ceará. He still managed to end the season as a starter ahead of Keiller and Tiepo, featuring in 20 league appearances as the club suffered relegation. Guarapuava is a municipality in the state of Paraná in Brazil. It is the largest municipality in that state by area. Keiller (footballer)
Keiller da Silva Nunes (born 29 October 1996) simply known as Keiller, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Ceará, on loan from Internacional. Club career Keiller made his debut in the professional team of Internacional in the 2nd Semi-Final match of 2017 Campeonato Gaúcho, replacing the injured Marcelo Lomba, against Caxias. In the penalty shootouts, Keiller defended two charges, classifying the Internacional for the Final. Keiller also played the 1st game of the Final, against Novo Hamburgo. Campeonato Brasileiro Série D
The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D (English: Brazilian Championship Serie D), commonly known as the Série D or the Brazilian Série D to distinguish it from the Italian Serie D, is the fourth division of the Brazilian football league system, and was announced by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) on 9 April 2008. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D was formed from the split of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C, Série C, keeping its best 20 clubs and playing double round robin as does the top three divisions. The Série D keeps the same format of the older Série C, but with participation limited to 40 clubs recognized by the state federation. In 2016 the Série D was expanded to 68 clubs, but in 2022 it was reduced to 64 clubs.
