Jonas Records
The Jonas Brothers () are an American pop rock band formed in 2005 comprising brothers Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Nick Jonas. Raised in Wyckoff, New Jersey, the Jonas Brothers moved to Little Falls, New Jersey, in 2005, where they wrote their first record that made its release on Hollywood Records, a Disney-owned record label, after which they gained popularity from their appearances on Disney Channel. They starred in the 2008 Disney Channel Original Movie ''Camp Rock'' and its 2010 sequel, '' Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam''. They also starred in their own Disney Channel series '' Jonas'', which was rebranded as ''Jonas L.A.'' for its second season. The band has released six albums: '' It's About Time'' (2006), ''Jonas Brothers'' (2007), ''A Little Bit Longer'' (2008), ''Lines, Vines and Trying Times'' (2009), ''Happiness Begins'' (2019), and '' The Album'' (2023). Nicholas Jerry Jonas (born September 16, 1992) is an American singer, songwriter and actor. Jonas began acting on Broadway at the age of seven, and released his debut single in 2002; this caught the attention of Columbia Records, where Jonas formed a band with his older brothers, Kevin and Joe, known as the Jonas Brothers. The album received generally favorable reviews, and four star reviews from ''Rolling Stone'', AllMusic, and ''Blender''. ''It's About Time'' is the debut studio album from the Jonas Brothers. It was released on August 8, 2006 through Columbia Records. The album was released through Columbia's Daylight Records imprint. A DualDisc of this version of the album was also released. The DualDisc version contains the complete 3-part video for the album's lead single "Mandy". After Columbia Records dropped the group from their roster list, they signed with Hollywood.
