John Pew
John Pew (born April 1, 1956 in Grand Rapids, Michigan) is an Americans, American racing driver, who competes in the Grand-Am Road Racing, Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series for Meyer Shank Racing, Michael Shank Racing. He won the 2012 24 Hours of Daytona overall in the No. 60 Meyer Shank Racing, Michael Shank Racing Ford-Riley Daytona Prototype. Early racing career Pew began racing in 2000 in the Skip Barber Racing School. After making his sports car racing debut (see below), he moved to the USF Pro 2000 Championship, Star Mazda Masters Championship, winning the title in 2005 for drivers over 45 years old. He returned to the Star Mazda Masters Championship in 2006 but only managed sixth in points, but was the highest-finishing Masters driver in two races. Grand-Am Pew made his Rolex Sports Car Series debut in 2004 when he competed in 24 Hours of Daytona in a Baughman Racing Chevrolet Corvette. Ligier JS P2
The Ligier JS P2 is a racing car designed and built by French manufacturer Onroak Automotive and named in partnership with French former racing driver Guy Ligier. Designed for the Le Mans Prototype 2 (LMP2) regulations, it is intended as a second option to Onroak's Morgan LMP2 that has been competing since 2012. As well as being the first closed-cockpit car offered by Onroak, it is also the first car they designed entirely in-house. The JS P2 debuted at the 2014 24 Hours of Le Mans, and has been campaigned in the FIA World Endurance Championship, European Le Mans Series, Asian Le Mans Series and IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. Development Onroak initially planned to develop a car for the Le Mans Prototype 1 category but cancelled these plans to concentrate on the LMP2 category.
