Joh Bjelke-Petersen
Sir Johannes Bjelke-Petersen (13 January 191123 April 2005) was an Australian politician and farmer who served as premier of Queensland between 1968 and 1987, for almost 20 years, as state leader of the National Party (earlier known as the Country Party). Bjelke-Petersen was born in New Zealand's North Island to Danish immigrant parents. His family moved back to Australia when he was a child and settled on farming property near Kingaroy, Queensland. He left school at the age of 14 and went into farming. Bjelke-Petersen was elected to the Kingaroy Shire Council in 1946 and to the Queensland Legislative Assembly at the 1947 state election. He would serve in state parliament for over 40 years, holding the seats of Nanango (1947–1950) and Barambah (1950–1987). John Simon Mseke (born March 27, 1980), popularly known by his stage name Joh Makini, is a Tanzanian hip hop recording artist and composer. He is one of the members of the Tanzanian Hip Hop group called Weusi and also the founder and CEO of his record label, Makini Music. Joh Makini is from Arusha Tanzania and is one of the most celebrated rappers in the country. Career Joh Makini was born in Arusha Tanzania and was raised in a family with four siblings including his younger brother, Nikki Wa Pili who is also a rapper. is a Japanese writer and journalist, chiefly known for his historical fiction and mystery novels. Biography Joh Sasaki was born in Yubari, Hokkaido, Japan. He spent his early youth in Nakashibetsu City and later moved to Sapporo where he attended Tsukisamu High School. He released his first novel, , in 1979. Sasaki quickly established himself as a writer after winning the All Yomimono New Writers Prize for ''Tekkihei, tonda'', which was also later adapted for the big screen. Thomas Johannessen Heftye, also known as Tho Joh Heftye (29 October 1822 – 4 October 1886) was a Norwegian businessman, politician and philanthropist. Personal life He was born in Christiania as the son of merchant Johannes Thomassen Heftye (1792–1856) Tina Haslef (1798–1862). He was a nephew of Henrik Heftye. In October 1846 he married Marie Jacobine Meyer (1826–1895), a daughter of Jacob Peter Meyer and sister of Thorvald Meyer. Their son Thomas Heftye became a notable politician.
